Fleetlog is a bespoke fleet and vehicle defect management system developed for Waltet Materials to digitise and streamline the company’s vehicle maintenance processes. Designed as an internal web application, Fleetlog replaces manual spreadsheets with a centralised platform that enables staff to record vehicle defects, manage fleet information, monitor maintenance requirements and generate reports in real time. The system provides a clear overview of the fleet, helping managers identify outstanding issues, improve compliance and reduce vehicle downtime.
